Actcell diagnoses the complete spectrum of a business across four structural elements: (1) Its Recipe for Business Success, (2) Organizational Structural Capital, (3) Human Capital, and (4) Relational Structural Capital. We then use our IC Rating® to measure and evaluate these roots of intangible Corporate Value, in other words, the company's Intellectual Capital.
Our IC Rating® was developed as a "non-financial yardstick" for evaluating businesses. Interviews are conducted with the business's stakeholders in order to quantitatively measure Intellectual Capital, which is usually regarded as being intangible and qualitative.
The assessments made by the stakeholders during the interviews are compiled, together with a large stockpile of candid comments, to create a structural visualization of the company's complete Intellectual Capital spectrum, which up till now has been only a vague notion. This makes it possible to reveal a company's true Corporate Value, as well as to assist in deriving those factors and indices that will contribute to a successful growth strategy for the business. |
