Visualization is used to ascertain a company's strengths and challenges, which are then developed into a program for strengthening the company's Intellectual Capital.

Recognition of a company's strengths and challenges can vary widely, not only due to a difference in viewpoints between the company and the outside world, but also according to the different positions within the company itself.
Without consolidated recognition, it is not possible to make prompt decisions or to determine which measures are truly essential.

We look at our client companies in their true colors and view them objectively. Once the management team's recognition of company issues has been consolidated, discussions can proceed. This facilitates a high level of satisfaction among members when agreements need to be reached regarding the company's future direction and which strategies & policies are most desirable. This in turn leads to a higher probability that the agreed-upon strategy or policy will be implemented, as well as an increase in the speed of that implementation.

Actcell believes that it is vital that the job significance and personal goals held by each employee are positioned on the same vector as the company Vision in order for that Vision to be brought to fruition. Rather than simply having the management team or certain employees issue arbitrary instructions, dialogue should be encouraged with every person that is involved in the company's development in order to provide these individuals with an opportunity to contribute to the shape of the Vision.

Actcell workshops are based on these concepts. Employees are interviewed to find out in detail about their past successes, sense of job significance and desired future goals. Workshops with the management team are then held on several occasions, and the Vision begins to take shape based on the results from the interviews. Through dialogue, the process of formulating the Vision itself actually helps to spread heightened awareness throughout the organization, which in turn leads to motivating each individual involved in company activities to become self-driven to achieve that Vision. The objective of Actcell's workshops is to create this kind of self-motivating environment, rather than just encouraging people to chant slogans or think up impressive words.
