Actcell follows the Private Information Protection Law and acts immediately upon receiving a request from a concerned party with regard to disclosing, revising, supplementing, deleting, or terminating the use of personal information to third parties.
Actcell may not be able to act upon the abovementioned requests in cases where they do not meet the requirements specified in the Private Information Protection Law, or where Actcell is permitted by the said law or other statutes to decline such requests.
