Intellectual Capital Management can be likened to when a person experiences enhanced or restored health resulting from steps they have taken to improve their lifestyle. Rather than trying to make themselves look appealing in the short term by patching things up with cosmetics, medicine or surgeries, a person can create a reenergized structure that constantly creates value by drawing out and utilizing the dormant energies that their body intrinsically possesses.
The qualities that make this possible with regard to corporate management are none other than the various types of "knowledge" that people create. Companies are composed of the various forms of value contributed by each individual stakeholder involved with that company, from the management team to employees, partner corporations, customers and shareholders.
If this intangible value that is so difficult to express numerically can be visualized, it will be possible for the profit that arises from corporate activities to be optimally distributed, thus creating an enduring spiral of Value creation.

First, the current methodology used for Intellectual Capital Management must be further systematized into a more refined model. By establishing the methodology to be used as the basis for problem-solving, and enabling this to be shared by everyone, the speed at which the Value of Intellectual Capital management is propagated will be vastly improved.
As each individual masters this knowledge, Actcell will at the same time acquire recognition as an implementer of corporate reform.
And as we become widely-known as "Actcell, the Intellectual Capital Management Experts," like-minded people with the same aspirations and wanting to work in consonance with this ideology will gather and inspire each other, thus accelerating and expanding public awareness of Intellectual Capital Management by growing together.
